Fears number of Ebola cases could double
The WHO says cuts to international aid are hindering its fight against the virus.
More than 130 people are believed to have died in the latest outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. The World Health Organisation has declared it a public emergency of international concern, and warns the number of infections could soon reach the thousands.
