EV Repairs, Conveyancing Delays, Bluetooth Backlash

The number of electric cars on the roads has hit the 2 million mark for the first time this year. But there's a warning that there aren't enough qualified people to repair them meaning potential delays for car owners. Just 35 percent of motor technicians are trained to work on EV or hybrid cars according to recent figures. We hear from one You and Yours listener who's been waiting 6 months for their car to be returned following repairs. And Nick Connor from The Institute of the Motor Industry explains what needs to happen to tackle the issue.

The time it takes to sell a property has reached a record high. New research from estate agent Connells has found its taking on average 98 days to exchange on a freehold property and 155 for those that leasehold. We hear from someone who's faced delays with their sale and Aneisha Beverige, head of research at Connells, explains why its taking longer and the plans to tackle it.

And we hear how wireless tech isn't working for everyone when it comes to headphones. Easier to lose and often more costly, some shoppers have switched back to the wired versions.
