Take time out with a 30-minute soundscape of classical favourites, including music by Amy Beach, Henry Purcell and Johannes Brahms.
This evening's mixtape includes a piano prelude by Chopin and piano music by Amy Beach which invokes the call of the Hermit Thrush. The slow movement of a Beethoven piano trio is paired with the equally beautiful third movement of Brahms' Third Symphony. We also hear music by Thomas Tallis and Henry Purcell.
