Feel-good dancefloor favourites, hidden gems and fresh tunes to make you groove. DJ Spoony serves up a brilliant selection of soulful house, classic soul, disco, RnB, UK Garage, Reggae, hip hop, doo-wop, funk, dance remixes, and everything in-between.

With Spoony and Trevor Nelson busy at the Hackney Empire in London recording their 'The Music is Black' concert, the show is "on tape" and the furniture gets flipped with the Good Groove mix on Wednesday.
