A feast of food and flavour from Big Zuu, Sophie Wyburd, Tony Singh and Samin Nosrat. Meanwhile, Rick Stein and Clive Myrie head out and about.

Big Zuu brings big flavours and big energy to the studio with his super malt ribs with a fiery jalapeño coleslaw and spiced suya potatoes. Sophie Wyburd whips up a brilliant midweek Greek-style dinner with her pork and halloumi koftas, quick homemade flatbreads and an olive and cabbage salad.

Tony Singh makes a delicious brunch, folding masala spices through scrambled eggs served with buttered asparagus and topped with port glazed lobster. Helen McGinn has some top alternatives to wine, while Samin Nosrat shares recipe for alphonso mango pie. Finally, Iain Stirling getting either his food heaven, halibut, or his food hell, prawns.

Meanwhile, Rick Stein tucks into to some of the best Cumbrian produce, and Clive Myrie meets the Dominican Republic’s answer to Nigella Lawson.
