Rapper Rakim talks to Romesh after releasing music for the first time in 15 years. Plus, music from A Tribe Called Quest, Princess Nokia and Black Eyed Peas.

Romesh sits down with New York’s Rakim - widely regarded as one of the most important rappers of all time. One half of the golden age duo Eric B. & Rakim, and a transformative figure in hip-hop, Rakim was key in shaping hip-hop into the genre we know today.

He talks to Romesh about his musical upbringing, finding his flow and producing his first album in 15 years, ‘G.O.D.s Network: REB7RTH’. There’s also time for music from K7, Memphis Bleek and JAY-Z, Wretch 32, Onyx, Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg.
