The cost of war is enormous, Ukraine's government needs around $7bn a month just to keep the country going. Finance Minister Sergeii Marchenko tells Aaron Heslehurst about the struggles of running a war time economy and about the how the country might be able to get back on its feet when the shooting eventually stops. Plus he explains why a full European embargo of Russian oil and gas could help his country.
