The disruption and uncertainty caused by Covid-19 over the past 15 months has led workers at many companies feeling stressed and suffering burnout.
Our mental health and wellbeing is the focus of this week's Talking Business Weekly. The disruption and uncertainty caused by Covid-19 over the past 15 months has led workers at many companies feeling stressed and suffering burnout. Even before the pandemic, the World Health Organisation (WHO)estimated that mental health problems cost $1 trillion per year in lost productivity. We ask what can businesses do to address the problem with Jolawn Victor, Chief International Officer at wellbeing giant Headspace and Unilever's Chief Learning Officer and Global Wellbeing chief Tim Munden. Plus, we discuss the future of advertising in the digital age with WPP's boss Mark Read.
