Matthew Pinsent tours the world in search of aspiring Olympians. He heads to Usain Bolt's home town in Jamaica, before meeting the taekwondo fighter from Afghanistan who has become a symbol of hope in a nation which has rarely seen fighting as something to celebrate.

Finally Matthew heads to Korea, where he catches up with a rower from Iraq, who has one final attempt to qualify for the London Olympics. Elsewhere, Kosovo's top athletes lament the fact their sporting dreams have been crushed by international politics.
