He's best known as one half of the most popular crime duo on television, and now is part of the successful 'Lewis', the first episode of which premiered earlier in the year. He's also enjoyed massive success in the likes of 'Peak Practice' and 'Auf Wiedersehen, Pet'.

However, Kevin Whately is also behind another Oxford institution - the Mini - with an event that hopes to raise money for NCH, a charity of which he is vice president.

Listen to the interview as he speaks about this, as well as Oxford itself and the future for his Lewis character.
