Do you think you should have to do homework?

More people in the UK think children should have to do homework now than in the 1930s, according to a new study.

The Policy Institute along with King's College London conducted a study in 2024 of more than 1,000 adults in the UK, and compared their answers to studies done in the 1930s and 40s.

According to their results, nowadays 7 out of 10 people think kids should have to do homework after school, compared with 2 out of 10 people 90 years ago.
