Odyssey company's cash concerns

The future of one of Northern Ireland's most high-profile property companies is in question.

BBC Newsline can reveal the firm Sheridan Millennium, run by property developer Peter Curistan, is more than £70,000,000 in debt, and its bills are being paid by a Dublin bank.

Among the company's assets is the Odyssey Pavilion entertainment complex on Belfast's waterfront.

Independent auditors have raised "significant doubts" about the company's viability.

Julian O'Neill reports.

In an extended interview, Peter Curistan dismissed suggestions that his firm was in financial trouble.
