A family who were helped by the charity are against the cutbacks

Clic Sargent cutbacks

A local cancer charity is having to withdraw it's support to families whose children have cancer.

On Friday Clic Sargent is to lose seven of its staff due to cut backs. The charity says with the current economic climate they've had no other option but to let the staff go.

We've been talking to a family who say the service was a lifeline to them when their son was undergoing treatment.

Health Correspondent Marie-Louise Connolly has this exclusive report.
