Birthday girl is 107 today

BBC Newsline can reveal the secret to a long life, courtesy of one of Belfast's most senior citizens.

It comes from Maria McQuillan, who is celebrating reaching 107 years young today.

She says it is simple really; start the day with a bowl of porridge, don't smoke and, ladies, stick to one man!

Maria didn't want a fuss today, but ended up causing a media frenzy at the City Way Day Centre.

And, as Natasha Sayee reports, she loved every minute of it.
