Londonderry assault

The family of a Londonderry man left in a vegetative state by a sectarian assault have asked the only man convicted of the attack to give the names of his accomplices to the police.

Jim and Cathy McCauley say eighteen year-old Daryl Proctor should now help catch the gang who attacked their son Paul. Proctor is serving a twelve year sentence in a young offenders centre for his part in the attack.

Enda McClafferty's report contains some pictures which viewers may find upsetting.
