Missing School

In an exclusive report BBC Newsline can reveal that a sixteen-year-old boy has never been to secondary school.

His family say the system has failed their son. The local Education and Library Board wants him to attend a local high school, but his parents say it doesn't meet his special needs. He has severe dyslexia. Claire Savage has been investigating.
