A man is to stand trial charged with raping a woman while she was asleep and under the influence of alcohol.
Gerard Ingham is accused of carrying out the attack at a property in Dundee on 7 September last year.
The 30 year-old, of Liverpool, denied the charge at a hearing at the High Court in Glasgow.
Judge Lady Rae ordered for the trial to begin on 20 October at the High Court in Edinburgh.
