An indie band from Oxford who called themselves Stornoway because they liked the name are splitting up 10 years after the group was formed.
The band has announced a 2017 "farewell tour" on its website and it includes dates in Glasgow, Manchester and Leeds.
Stornoway, who played in Stornoway on Lewis for the first time in 2010, said their various members would be pursuing other interests.
On their site, the band said: "Stornoway will become 'Stor-no-more'."
The band's album Bonxie takes its name from the nickname given to great skua, a seabird that migrates from Spain and Africa to the Western Isles and Orkney and Shetland in summer.
In the message on the band's website, external, the members said: "After a whole decade of wonderful adventures together, we have decided to call it a day.
"Stornoway will become 'Stor-no-more'.
"Our friendship and love of music remains as strong as ever, but over the last couple of years the winds of change seem to have blown us all in different directions."
