Road closed in town centre after 'serious' crash

Police have closed a road in a town centre following a "serious" crash.

Glossop Neighbourhood Safer Policing team said High Street East was closed on Tuesday morning.

Derbyshire Police said the road was closed between the junction with Victoria Street and Mill Street.

The policing team advised people to avoid the area and to take alternative routes.
