Both couples performed their Icons Week routines again. Dame Sarah and Julian performed their Tango to That Don’t Impress Me Much by Shania Twain, before Bethany and Nancy performed their Cha Cha to Respect by Aretha Franklin.

After both couples had danced, the judges delivered their verdicts:

Week 3

  • Craig Revel Horwood chose to save Shaun and Alexis.
  • Motsi Mabuse chose to save Melanie and Aljaž.
  • Head Judge Shirley Ballas chose to save Shaun and Alexis.

Anton Du Beke – who was the judge with the deciding vote – saved Shaun and Alexis, meaning that Melanie and Aljaž would be leaving the competition.

Movie Week

In the first results show of Strictly Come Dancing 2026, Chris Appleton and Amy Dowden left the competition following a Movie Week dance off against Jaime Winstone and Carlos Gu.

Chris and Amy performed their Cha Cha to I’ll Be Ready from Baywatch, before Jaime and Carlos performed their Cha Cha to Oh, Pretty Woman from Pretty Woman.

After both couples had danced, the judges delivered their verdicts:

  • Motsi Mabuse chose to save Jaime and Carlos.

With three votes in favour of Jaime and Carlos, they won the majority vote meaning that Chris and Amy would be leaving the competition.
