Tom's been a market trader all his working life. He's sold fish in Manchester's Arndale, fruit and veg at Smithfield and pop and crisps at Warrington Market. Tom says it's given him a good eye for a bargain, but just before Christmas he made an impulse purchase which is still costing him money.
