Made In EnglandYou are in: Lincolnshire > Made In England > Launch of the Hive  Launch of the Hive Launch of the HiveBBC Lincolnshire's Sound Sculpture launches at The Usher Gallery in Lincoln. Lincolnshire's contribution to the "Made in England" project is an interactive sound sculpture. Made in England is dedicated to exploring how England – the place and the people - is expressed through art. We asked Radio Lincolnshire, online and Look North viewers to suggest sounds for the sculpture which reflected the county of Lincolnshire. Local artist Nick Jones has created the piece with BBC Radio Lincolnshire's engineer Adam Keen working on the technical elements of the work. (The Sounds) The finished piece has now been launched at the Usher Gallery in Lincoln, where you can see and hear it until Monday 4th May 2009.
