Mike from Leicester was studying for exams when he started having mental health problems.

The worry and stress made him think he was having a heart attack and he was rushed to hospital. 

The doctors found nothing wrong, but Mike described feeling like his brain had short-circuited, and that he was hearing voices. 

It's been a long and difficult journey since, but Mike's been working on building his confidence and is now positive that things will get better.
