| A recipe from Quebec | |
| Magaline in Quebec: | Well, hi! and welcome to Magaline's world. My first name is Magaline and we're going to explain to you how to make a sugar tart. OK, you need the following ingredients which are white sugar, flour, 35% cream, maple syrup, which you mustn't forget, and brown sugar. Well, you mix the dry ingredients, 35% cream and it's definitely maple syrup that gives the tart its taste. And there it is, Magaline's sugar tart. |
| A recipe from Guadaloupe | |
| Prudence in Guadeloupe: | Well then, to make a creole-style fish stock, you start first of all by chopping the chives, parsley and thyme. Then you cut up the tomatoes. Tomatoes are used for garnishing the sauce. So, everything's now ready for cooking. As you can see, I brown the tomatoes, chives, parsley and thyme. Then I take a pinch of salt and some pepper and three cloves. And now, I'm going to take the fish, there it is, and I'm going to add...I add a little bit of water, that's it, and I let it cook. |
