It's your chance to become a published journalist - next stop fame and fortune (maybe)... ![]() If you have anything on your mind; any issues that you want to raise, stories to tell or if you just fancy being a published writer then why not put pen to paper (or rather fingers to keyboard) and write an article to be published here on bbc.co.uk/jersey. It doesn’t matter what you want to write; whether it is something that makes you mad, sad, proud or pleased, this is your chance to have your voice heard. You can even arm yourself with a digital camera and take some snaps to adorn your article. Your features can be anything from a few hundred words to over a thousand and on any topic that floats your boat; from aadvarks to zymurgy (the study of fermentation in brewing in case you were wondering) and everything in between. If you do want to get involved and try your hand as a freelance journalist (with the emphasis on the free!) then send an email with your idea for an article to us at jersey@bbc.co.uk or by using the form at the bottom of this page. After all, this is your BBC Jersey site so you should be able to see what you want on it; so go on, get up and get on your soapbox! last updated: 16/08/07 SEE ALSOYou are in: Jersey > My Island > Talking Jersey > Speakers Corner Find out more about the BBC in Jersey |
