Steep HolmMany of the wildlife programmes you see on TV take months of hard work to film. But Inside Out West has a big challenge for intrepid naturalist Mike Dilger. He has just one day to make a feature about the wildlife of Steep Holm island in the Bristol Channel. In fact, Mike's time on the island is limited to just eight hours between the high tides he needs to get on and off. Along with cameraman Richard Taylor Jones, he sets out to discover slow worms, seagulls and some of the UK's rarest plants.

Mobility challengeA teenager from Warminster challenges a group of retired engineers to help her solve a tricky mobility problem. Kim Office is 13-years-old and, like any teenager, she wants to be able to hang out with her friends. But Kim has heart and lung problems which mean she needs to carry a heavy oxygen cylinder with her all the time. She's enlisted a charity called REMAP to build her a cool scooter to help her get about.

Maurice Sines is asking the owners of the mobile homes on his park to pay a huge increase in their ground rents, in some cases nearly doubling the existing fee. But his demands have not gone down well with the residents, many of whom feel intimidated and fearful for the future.
