A Little Help From My Friends - Joe Cocker, Run Run Run - Velvet Underground, A Message to Rudy - The Specials, Pressure Point - The Zutons, Chinese Food - Biz Markie, King of the Rodeo - Kings of Leon.
Favourite Food - Anything tasty made with fresh ingredients, Lena's salad boxes, Moroccan and Turkish are all scrumptious.
Best Drink - Alcoholic - Champagne, non - Elderflower fizz.

Idol: Jonathan Parker (My Boss) Hoping he reads this and recommends a huge pay rise. (Creep, creep!).
Dislikes: People who are constantly talking on their mobile phones when we are supposed to be having a night out. Also people who turn the TV on when they have asked your round to dinner. People who are less than careful about personal hygiene. Pretentious people. People who are always talking about how much money they have got.
Likes: Stimulating conversation. Good food, good company and meeting up with old friends.

Three things you would take to a desert island: A library, Ray Mears (if he's not busy with Richard!) and my son…..Would love to take a sound system and my CD collection, but I'm assuming there's no electricity on this island?
Idol: Fern Brittain…she's everything a real woman should be.
Dislikes: Liver (yuk!) bullies and people that are just down right rude.
Likes: Socialising, reading, walking, singing, camping, cooking, comedy, my friends/family….and working at the BBC :o)
