Doris Davies known as Wally, married to Norman who was in the AFS stationed in Greenwich. We were married in 1941 and several friends from Group 8 came to the wedding .I was in the control room at HQ, in charge of us all was a retired Army Major , Major Cowley. At the atart of the war our office was in the Magistrates Court in Bromley, later moving to a beautiful large house in Chislehurst. I am still in touch with Ruth Eyles who now lives in Yorkshire.Like me she is now a widow.
