I am Sue Jones,and I live in Failsworth. During WWII, I was a teenager, and worked at A.V.Roe's, at Greengate, Moston, and at the Ivy Mill in Failsworth, on regular nights, 12 hour shifts, seven days a week, helping to build the Mighty Avro Lancaster.

I would welcome hearing from any wartime workpals, or those that worked at Avros, during that time.
