Born Carshalton Surrey 28th or 29th September 1939. Lived in Dagenham Essex during the blitz then moved to Kennet in Norfolk during 1944-1945.
Moved to Portland Place London W.I and attended Marylebone High School.
Spent 2.5 years studying Marine Electronics at Norwood College SE27 and Bristol U. Spent 20 years with P & O Lines as First Radio Officer aboard ocean going liners Strathnaver, Orcades, Canberra, Oriana, Cathay, Orsova, Arcadia, Oronsay, Moved to Mexico to work as "oil field trash" for Brown & Root as Western Hemisphere Manager of Electronics and Electrical systems and now retired in Texas painting Seascapes of almost forgotten lands.
