My maiden name was Moira Chatterton and I was born in Salford Lancashire. I went to St Philips school and attended St Philips church and youth club for several years, making so many friends over the years. It was a poor area, no one had much in the way of wealth, but everyone was kind and the northern hospitality showed through enormously. I have tried to contact friends through various ways, but not had any results so far.
I married and live in a beautiful area of Shropshire and count myself lucky that I live where I do. I would love to hear from any of my old friends from Salford.
