This world famous company founded by James Hudson in Birmingham has whistles used in many guises. I was interested to hear that the company were approached by the MoD to create a Tiger sound effect whistle for use in the jungle as the Japanese were terrified of tigers.
After research at Dudley Zoo two whistles were produced but although they were realistic they were deemed two cumbersome and so never used in service.
