In August 1941, between Aug. 15th and Aug. 23rd, the Daily Herald, London, contained an article that for the first time applied the term "Atlantic Charter" to the joint statement that had been issued by President Roosevelt and Prime Minister Winston Churchill. That term has since made much history. Is there anyone in London who could photocopy that article or get a transcript of it with the date it was published?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated up here in Alaska.

Best Regards,
Frank
