When the "Take Post " went we all dashed to the "GL" equipment but could get no signals. The next day we packed up and went to Horley in Surrey into ridge tents and tried again!! Then we all went to Pett Level near Hastings on top of the cliffs and into a huge marquee. The tent blew down in a gale and we eventually went to St Leonards into a block of flats a much superior billet where we stayed
