Q. Are there any nurses which Guppy has his eye on?
A. That hasn't really become apparent as I've only been in several episodes.
Q. Do you think Guppy has it in him to become a good doctor?
A. Yes.
Q. What happens on his second day which makes him want to leave?
A. He nearly kills someone. This guy comes in who's been complaining about an infection. After Guppy tell him there's nothing wrong with him, he has a fit and falls on the ground. So Guppy has this mad idea to incubate his stomach instead of his trachea and nearly kills him. Harry takes him aside and tells him he's wrong. Guppy can't really hack it at that point as it's important for him to saves lives. He's wanted to do this all his life as his dad's a doctor in a really senior position so Guppy hands in his resignation.
Q. You seem very different to Guppy, which aspects to you tap into?
A. I may not be similar to Guppy but I reach into similar places he's been to and plus he's very young. There's that innocent factor that you reach into.
