On the eve of the Beijing Olympics, Tom Dyckhoff visits China to witness the biggest building boom in the country's history. There he finds the impressive Beijing National Stadium, or Bird's Nest, and the mammoth CCTV building, headquarters of Chinese Central Television and set become one of the most recognisable buildings in the world.
