David White spent the first morning of the Royal Cornwall Show escorting the former Eastenders actress Michelle Collins around.

Touring the showground on BBC Radio Cornwall's broadcast buggy, the pair seemed to stop at every food and drink marquee they could find!

From sampling champagne flavoured sausages to sipping sparkling pink champagne the dynamic duo blazed a trail in their attempt to get through as much nosh as possible.

Reaching new heights on the big wheel.

Michelle, who's appearing at the Hall for Cornwall this summer, was a little sceptical about the traditional end to the show but David managed to persuade her to take a ride on the big wheel.

She still felt the need to cling onto David's arm though!
