The Honeymoon's Over

David as the priest

"How can I possibly introduce you to the manager? You haven't shaved, you aren't wearing a tie and you hold your knife like a pen."

Everything's so laid back these days. What happened to the condescending, bitter and arrogant people who used to wait on us in restaurants, serve us in shops or lead us in prayer?

Well they're back. And you'd better do as they say.

David plays the ultimate reactionary character in three different guises, making an impassioned plea for a return to old standards. He appears as a vicar in episode one, a waiter in episode three, and a shop assistant in episode six.
