Be exactly like this handstanding man, perhaps not in a literal but in a figurative way.

It is important to get exercise whenever you can on your flight. If you are travelling to one of our holiday destinations, then rest assured you will never be more than one row away from a fist fight which you should feel free to pile into. If regrettably one is not taking place then why not try these convenient in seat exercises.

Leg Jabs

Stretch out one leg quickly. Apologise to the person in front for kicking them in their rear end.

Repeat twenty times.

Up Waves

Put both arms in the air and make waving motions with them as if you are trying to get the attention of the air steward or stewardess. Don’t worry, the air steward won’t actually come over to you. This is extremely unlikely ever to happen in a FlyLo plane.

Even the largest guitar shaped swimming pool begins with a single drop of water.

It is both important and vital to stay hydrated throughout your flight. So if a strange metallic liquid should drip repeatedly on your head during your next trip, you should feel grateful for it instead of writing to the authorities.

Stretch those legs

It is good to stretch your legs before and after the flight. This is where our policy of only using gates at the very ends of airports comes into its own. And we often change the gates from which our planes leave at the very last minute, giving you the chance to have a good run just seconds before your plane takes off!

Food sense

It is best to avoid heavy meals and alcohol during your flight. Rest assured. We forgot to load the food and drink onto 62% of our flights last year. And this number is increasing all the time!

Aural Treats

If you turn to channel 2 of our marvellous 2 channel radio entertainment system (we are number one for entertainment!) you can listen to ‘peacesounds’, an hour of beautiful keyboard music we paid a bitter man whose band never made it fifty pounds to make. Also, you find me, Omar Baba reading a selection of my self penned erotic poetry. Whether on holiday or business this will get you to your destination raring to go!
