Four heats, 16 local bands and one stormin' grand final taking place at the Corn Exchange, this is the first step on the road to fame and fortune for one lucky band... And if the music isn't to your taste, it's worth the price of a ticket to drool over the compere - our very own Fenland stud-muffin from BBC Radio Cambridgeshire's Audio Files fame. What he doesn't know about local, live music ain't worth worrying about. He loves it almost as much as he loves the humble Maris Piper potato... Time for the grand final! That's right, the winners have now been decided following four intense heats (see below for all the bands that took part). So, the line-up at the Corn Exchange on Friday 9th May will be (big drum roll...) Thudbox, Federal Black 40, The Winter Kings and The Ridley Bury Experience. They'll be joined by Yo Yo Yo! Litvenenko who were voted there by the audience. Ticket details for that stormin' line-up are at the foot of this page.
