Pop along to the Poplar Arcade in Solihull during December 2008 to see some three dimensional Christmas pavement art.

Professional artists Joe Hill and Max Lowry have been busy crafting a polar icecap scene on the shopping centre's floor.

3D winter wonderland

3D winter wonderland

They've used a unique distortion technique to create the illusion that the winter wonderland has three dimensional layers of depth.

Lucy Burnett, marketing manager at Touchwood, said: "They have an incredible talent that has to be seen to be believed, which is why we're inviting all the family to come along to Touchwood to see the magic for themselves."

The 3D display forms part of The Poplar Arcade in Tourchwood's Christmas programme, which includes a free grotto and children's choir.
